All products are subject to availability and confirmation of order.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in INR / USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations (especially gold and diamond rates).
  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (unless agreed otherwise).
  • For international clients, payments must be made via:
    • Bank Transfer (Wire)
    • Approved payment gateways

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or order cancellation.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or modified without written approval.
  • Custom-made jewelry orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Any cancellation (if accepted) may incur charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:
    • Customs clearance
    • Shipping delays
    • Force majeure conditions
  • The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.

6. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes to the buyer once goods are dispatched.
  • Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.

7. Certification

  • Diamonds may come with certifications such as IGI / GIA (if specified).
  • Certification details are shared before dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for third-party grading differences.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

  • No returns on customized or made-to-order products.
  • Returns (if accepted) must be:
    • Requested within 48 hours of delivery
    • In original condition
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection.

9. Quality Assurance

We ensure:

  • Accurate diamond specifications
  • Quality manufacturing standards
    However, slight variations in weight, color, or finish may occur due to production processes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and materials belong to Ruchita Diamonds Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Market fluctuations in gold/diamond prices
  • Delays caused by external factors

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Compliance with local regulations

13. Confidentiality

All business information, pricing, and transactions are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall be in Surat, Gujarat.
